(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports three arrests over the weekend.
Rory Allen Davis, 22, was arrested at the intersection of Park Street and Stone Street on Saturday. He was charged with Possess Firearm or Offensive Weapon by Domestic Abuse Offender, OWI 1st-Offense, Carry Weapon – While Intoxicated, Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent Offense (All Marijuana). Davis was transported to the Union County Jail. Bail is set in the amount of No Bond until seen by Judge.
Juan Carlos Troconiz Atencio, 34, was cited and released on a promise to appear at the intersection of New York and Union Street on Saturday. He was charged with Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked.
Randy Ferrell Crocker, 62, was arrested Saturday on an Outside Agency Warrant. Crocker was transported to the Union County Jail where he posted a $100 cash only bond.
