(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports nine arrests over the past week.
Payton Daugherty, 19, of Cumberland, was arrested on November 14th for Possession of Marijuana 2nd. Daugherty was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Tammy Jo Durrett, 56, of Atlantic, was arrested on November 16th for Possession of Controlled Substance. Durrett was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.
Sandra Marie Peel, 61, of Atlantic, was arrested on November 16th for Gathering Where Controlled Substances Are Used and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Peel was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on bond.
Scott Nathaniel Belew, 35, of Atlantic, was arrested on November 16th on a warrant for Violation of Parole, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Gathering Where Controlled Substances Are Used. Belew was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Joseph Atoliph, 27, of Atlantic, turned himself in on November 18th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Atoliph was booked and held at the Cass County Jail.
Kamren Matthew Schmidt, 18, of Ames, was arrested on November 20th for Theft 2nd Degree ($1,500 > $10,000), and Eluding-Speeding 25 Over Limit. Schmidt was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Demetrius Lovell Holmes Jr., 19, of Marshalltown, was arrested on November 20th for Theft 2nd Degree ($1,500 > $10,000). Holmes was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Tyler Theodore John Harms, 18, of Eldora, was arrested on November 20th for Theft 2nd Degree ($1,500 > $10,000). Harms was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Tylor Murray Ward, 18, of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on November 20th for Theft 2nd Degree ($1,500 > $10,000). Ward was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
