(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports three recent arrests.
Jorge Alvarez, 23, was arrested in the 800 block of W. Howard Street Friday evening on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fifth degree theft. Alvarez was transported to the Union County Jail, posted a $300 cash or surety bond, and was released.
Shealyn Robert Supinger, 22, of Kellerton, was arrested at the intersection of Howard and Palm early Saturday morning. Supinger was charged with Operating While Under the Influence, first offense. He was transported to the Union County Jail, posted a $1,000 cash or surety bond, and was released.
Austin Allan Jones, 31, was arrested at the intersection of Lincoln and Prairie Sunday evening. Jones was charged with 25 counts of Violation of a No-Contact Order. He was transported to the Union County Jail and held without bond pending a court appearance.
