(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Sally Newman Jones, 62, of Anita, was arrested on October 9th on a Warrant for Violation of a Domestic No Contact Order. Jones was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on bond.
Reybert Tagata Aguilar, 32, of Atlantic, was arrested on October 10th for Possession of Controlled Substances and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Aguilar was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Andrew Lee Butler, 41, of Atlantic, was arrested on October 10th for OWI – 1st Offense. Butler was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
