(Adair Co) A Stuart man was arrested on a warrant for Stalking – Possession of Dangerous Weapon, and Going Armed with Intent. The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says 30-year-old Cody Alan Brommel was taken into custody Thursday. He was released after posting the $20,000 cash bond.
In other activity, Kenneth Lee Oglesby, 62, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was arrested on July 21st for Possession of Marijuana 1st and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Oglesby was released later that day on his own recognizance.
Carnell Leshaun Rooks, 34, of North Chesterfield, Virginia, was arrested on July 26th for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st and Person Ineligible to Carry Dangerous Weapons. Bond was set at $1,000. Rooks was released the following day on bond.
Macie Ann Tish, 27, of Adair, was arrested on July 25th for Public Intoxication. Bond was set at $300. Tish was released later that day on bond.
