(Mills Co) Seven individuals were arrested in Mills County over the past week.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says Dustin Lee Lingerfelt, 41, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on July 14th for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $2,000.
Ashley Marie Hall, 44, of Red Oak, was arrested on July 16th for Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $5,000. Hall was additionally charged with Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Facility. Bond was set at $5,000.
Cash Edward Croley, 19, of Stilwell, Oklahoma, was arrested on July 18th for Burglary 1st Degree. Bond was set at $10,000.
Mitchell Stephen Waller, 30, of Malvern, was arrested on July 18th for Driving While License Denied/Revoked. Bond was set at $1,000.
Rebecca Joy Durr, 32, of Glenwood, was arrested on July 19th on an out of county/state warrant. Bond was set at $10,000.
Derek Ellis Warren, 28, of Glenwood, was arrested on July 19th for Domestic Assault – Bodily Injury. Bond was set at $1,000.
Lorie Sue Padgett, 55, of Emerson, was arrested on July 19th for Domestic Assault – Bodily Injury. Bond was set at $1,000.
