(Montgomery Co) Two juveniles were cited following a fire in Montgomery County. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says Deputies responded to a report of a structure fire in Elliott on Friday. Upon investigation, two juvenile were charged with Reckless Use of Fire. They were cited into court and released to their parents.
In a separate incident, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Treynor Michel Dixon of Nodaway on Sunday for eluding law enforcement while driving 25 mph over the speed limit. Deputies had attempted a traffic stop on a UTV in Villisca, but the driver fled. The driver was later identified as Dixon. Deputies went to Dixon’s residence later that day and placed him under arrest. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was held on a $5,000 bond.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office cited and released Scott Henneman on Sunday for Driving While Suspended.
