(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.
Dillon Lee Foote, 31, of Griswold, was arrested on March 14th for OWI 2nd Offense. Foote was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
Tony Lee Mack, 38, of Atlantic, was arrested on March 15th for Possession of a Controlled Substance and three Cass County warrants. Mack was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Kimberly Joyce Register, 61, of Atlantic, was arrested on March 15th for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Register was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
Cesar Carmona Bobadilla, 32, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on March 16th for OWI 1st Offense. Carmona Bobadilla was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
