(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested an 18-year-old on a misdemeanor charge.
According to the Police Department press release, Officer’s arrested Kylie Rynea Miller on Saturday at the intersection of N. Broadway Street, and W. Elm Street for driving with a revoked license. Authorities transported Miller to the Montgomery County Jail, and held her on a $1,000 bond.
