(Creston) Creston Police reported seven arrests and received a report from a lady claiming her house got egged.
The arrest reports are listed below:
On October 4:
*Timothy Robert Hudek, 43, 701 W Spencer, was arrested at 701 W Spencer. Hudek was charged with a Union County Warrant of Probation Violation. Hudek was taken to the Union County Jail, where he later bonded out on a bond of $2,000.
October 5:
*Alex Richard Cunningham, 34, 1024 Crest Dr, was arrested at 1024 Crest Dr. Cunningham was charged with Harassment 1st Degree – 4th or Sub Offense. Cunningham was taken to the Union County Jail, where he later bonded out on a bond of $2,000.
*Aaron James Cozad, 21, 305 N Sycamore St, was arrested at 302 N Pine. Cozad was charged with Driving Revoked / Without an Interlock Device. Cozad was taken to the Union County Jail, where he later bonded out on a bond of $1,000.
On October 6:
*Lynn Marie Singer, 26, 611 E Polk St, was arrested at Cherry/Mills St. Singer was charged with OWI – 1st Offense. Singer was taken to the Union County Jail, where she later bonded out on a bond of $1000.
*Ronald Dale Brammer, 62, 600 S Mulberry, was arrested at Vine/Paige St. Brammer and was charged with driving suspended. Brammer was taken to the Union County Jail, where he later bonded out on a bond of $300.
*Fallon Danielle May, 39, 904 W Mills St, was arrested at 904 W Mills St. May was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault, 1st Off, Intend Serious Injury. May was taken to the Union County Jail, where she is being held on a bond of $2,000.
*Anne Marie Chapman, 54, of 106 N Bureau St, was arrested at 302 N Pine St. She was charged with OWI—1st Offense and taken to the Union County Jail, where she later bonded out on a bond of $1,000.
October 5 incident report:
Eyleena Marie Stringer, 32, 507 N Oak St, reported her house was egged overnight damage estimated at $50.
