(Guthrie Center) On Tuesday, the Guthrie County Board of Supervisors finalized the documents for the sale of the county’s grader shed at 105 Prairie Street to the City of Bayard.
Guthrie County Engineer Josh Sebern says in October, the Board of Supervisors held a public hearing on the sale, and the supervisors approved it in November.
The shed is dilapidated and is a building the county no longer uses. The County sold the shed for $1,000.
