CONTEST Description

Meredith Communications Win Tom’s Money contest will take place between November 28, 2025 and December 23, 2025.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. Must be 18 or older to enter and be an Iowa resident who resides inside the 60db contour of the KSOM-FM coverage area.
3. Contest winners must have a social security number to participate in the contest.
4. To participate, listeners will shop local and submit receipts for their locally purchased gifts at https://westerniowatoday.com/win-toms-money/
5. Receipts submitted must be complete and legible and be dated between November 28, 2025 and December 22, 2025
6. Meredith Communications will select one winner each weekday between December 10, 2025 and December 23, 2025 and reimburse the winner for local receipts submitted up to $200. The winner will be announced on both KSOM-FM and KSWI-FM and posted on westerniowatoday.com and be contacted by a Meredith Communications staff member.  This prize will be issued in the form of a check and mailed to the winner the week of December 29, 2025.
7. Employees of Meredith Communications, its subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, advertisers, employees of other southwest Iowa electronic and print media, family members, and members of their immediate households are ineligible to participate or win.
8. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
9. Listeners may opt for alternate entry by sending a handwritten entry to Meredith Communications. The entry must be mailed to Meredith Communications Win Tom’s Money Alternate Entry, 413 Chestnut Street, Atlantic, IA 50022.  Inside the envelope please enclose a 4×6 post card hand written with the listeners name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number and the words ‘WIN TOM’S MONEY” – If selected, alternate entries will win the maximum cash prize of $200.
10. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
11. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions by Meredith Communications
12. Payment of all applicable taxes is the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS form or the equivalent based upon the retail value of the prize.
13. By participating in the contests, listeners and the contest winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and must sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. By entering the contest, you agree to comply with Official Rules and with the decisions of the sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the contest.
14. Failure of a contestant to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant disqualification.
15. All decisions by Meredith Communications management regarding any aspect of the contest are final.
16. Meredith Communications assumes no responsibility for any problems with telephone service, internet, fax or email.
