Atlantic Cross Country Team Off and Running with Good Numbers

(Atlantic) The 2023 Atlantic cross-country team reported bright and early on Monday for the first official day of practice. Atlantic Head Coach Dan Vargason says the team met at 7:00 a.m.

Coach Vargason welcomes around 22 boys and about 25 girls to pre-season camp.

Coach Vargason says the Hawkeye Ten Conference is loaded with talent this season.

The team will again host a glow run at midnight on August 18, time trials on August 22, and open the season at Glenwood on August 26.
