(Davenport, IA) — Authorities are identifying the teen killed in a rollover crash on the I-80 ramp to U.S. Highway 61 in Davenport. The crash happened Tuesday night when a Ford pickup truck went into a ditch and rolled over. The 17-year-old driver was ejected from the vehicle. Carter Pacha was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
