(Iowa City) NCAA champion wrestler Gable Stevenson won’t be coming to the University of Iowa after all. The two-time collegiate champ had teased coming to Iowa on social media in recent days. This comes after his illustrious college career at the University of Minnesota. However, Stevenson appears to have learned much from his time in professional wrestling as he worked his fans into believing he was coming back to college. Instead, Stevenson has announced that he will remain at World Wrestling Entertainment’s NXT developmental program.
