(Des Moines) Iowans who did not vote in the 2022 general election have been made inactive and will soon get a note from the Iowa Secretary of State’s Office. Those who get the note are asked to check the appropriate box, sign their name, and return the postcard in the mail. If voters do not respond to the mailing, they’ll remain inactive.
