(Adair Co.) Two people were arrested on drug charges in Adair County.
The Stuart Police Department arrested 61-year-old Annette Lee Murphy, of Casey, following a traffic stop on June 10th. Murphy was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 3rd or Subsequent Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 3rd or Subsequent Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Murphy was held on $10,300 cash or surety bond.
The Adair Police Department arrested 30-year-old Robert Richard Howell, of Ann Arbor, Michigan, following a traffic stop on June 10th for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cannabidiol) 1st Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Howell was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
In other activity, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office cited 44-year-old Joshua Joel Christensen, of Greenfield, on June 5th for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense. Christensen was released.
David Spencer Reeves, age 36, of Des Moines, was arrested June 9th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Reeves was held on no bond.
Stuart Police arrested 34-year-old Joshua Wade Lute, of Pomona, Kansas, on June 20th for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense. Lute was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
Adair Police arrested 57-year-old Donald Duane Worth, of Lewis, on June 11th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Worth was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
