(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports six arrests between May 10th and May 30th.
Cory Robert Kyle, age 34, of Avoca, was arrested following a traffic stop on May 10th. Kyle was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while barred, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to maintain registration plate.
James Steven Ortiz Jr, age 41, of Harlan, was arrested May 13th on an active warrant out of Colorado. Ortiz Jr was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Adam Tyrone Scheffler, age 29, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on May 23rd. Scheffler was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with domestic abuse assault, assault, and criminal mischief.
Jasper William Daniel, age 40, of Atlantic, was arrested following a traffic stop on May 23rd. Daniel was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while barred.
Jesse Eugene Hutton, age 32, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested May 25th on an active Pottawattamie warrant. Hutton was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Anthony Michael Bennett, age 31, of Harlan, was arrested May 30th on an active Shelby County warrant. Bennett was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
