(Atlantic) The Atlantic Police Department reports nine arrests and two citations between April 27th and May 5th.
Dan Christensen, 48, of Atlantic, was arrested April 27th for Interference with Official Acts and Consumption of Alcohol in a Public Place.
Rebecca Klinghammer, 30, of Griswold, was arrested April 27th for Interference with Official Acts, Assault on Person in Certain Occupations, and Driving While License Barred.
David Theisen, 36, of Atlantic, was arrested April 28th for Driving While Barred.
Vincent Vasquez, 32, of Atlantic, was arrested April 30th on Cass County warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Used, and Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance.
Sequoiya Harrison, 26, of Atlantic, was arrested May 1st for Burglary 2nd, Domestic Abuse Assault, Criminal Mischief 3rd and Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
Curclund Vanaernam, 21, of Atlantic, was arrested May 1st for Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense.
Eric Mark, 36, of Atlantic, was arrested May 2nd for Interference with Official Acts and Public Intoxication.
Adam Vanderpool, 45, of Surprise, Arizona, was arrested May 4th for Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense.
Stephen Foote, 38, of Atlantic, was arrested May 5th for Domestic Abuse Assault.
All individuals were taken to the Cass County Jail where they were booked in and held.
Ashtyn McCarthy, 18, of Walnut, was cited into court on April 28th for Theft 5th (Shoplifting).
Nigel Newbury, 30, of Atlantic, was cited into court on April 27th for Unlawful Passing of School Bus.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
