(Oakland) One person was arrested following a possible road rage incident in Pottawattamie County.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says on Wednesday, Deputies were called to a possible road rage incident northbound on Highway 59 from Magnolia Road. The caller reported a vehicle was repeatedly hitting his vehicle. The suspect vehicle then turned around and went southbound on Highway 59. A Deputy located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop.
Following investigation, 30-year-old Anthony Rey Asay was arrested for Driving While Barred, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Assault, and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense.
