(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office arrested Amanda Wheeler, 27, of Oakland, following a disturbance on Tuesday. Wheeler was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault – Parent of same Minor Child, and two counts of Child Endangerment – Substantial Risk. Wheeler was held in the Pottawattamie County Jail on $2,300 bond.
The Sheriff’s Office also reports Jonathan Keith Brown, 37, of Council Bluffs, turned himself in Tuesday on a warrant for Violation of Probation.
