(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested Santos Olivera-Martinez, 37, at 12:49 a.m. for Domestic Abuse Assault Strangulation with Bodily Injury. Olivera-Martinez was taken to the Union County Jail and held on no bond until seen by a judge.
Rickie Allen Foster, 56, was charged Thursday afternoon for Assault. Foster was cited and released with a summons to appear.
Chelsie Nicole Liesener, 32, was charged Thursday afternoon for Driving While Suspended. Liesener was cited and released on a summons to appear.
