Atlantic High School and Middle School Bullseye Results

(Afton) Atlantic High School finished second to 3383 to 3292 at East Union on Saturday.

Connor Johnson led the Team with a 1^st place finish with a score of 291, followed by Cooper Jipsen, 4^th 288, Carter smith in 6^th  288,  Mariah Hadley 9^th 277, and Halle Copeland 275.

The Middle School fell to Stillwell 3068-3054. Atlantic Middle School shooter Margaret McCurdy earned a  first-place finish with a 275, Lilly Johnson 2^nd 272, Lily Willrich 6^th 260, Katrina Williams 8^th 258,  and Hank Roberts 4^th, for males shooting a 269.

3D Results

Atlantic High school over Valley 1683 to 1669, over Valley. Atlantic’s Cooper Jipsen finished first with a 291, Carter Smith 2^nd 282, Conner Johnson 3^rd 281, and Zane Berg 5^th 277

Girl’s results:

Mariah Hadley 3^rd 283, Halle Copeland 7^th 269,  and Quincy Sorenson 9^th 262.

Middle School:

Atlantic Middle School finished second to Valley 1487 to 1484. Hank Roberts was 2^nd with a 263, Jake Simonton 7^th 256.

Lily Johnson 1^st 269, Katrina Williams 4^th 251,  and  Aubrey Graham 5^th 247 in the girl’s competition.

The next meet for the Atlantic Archery Team is on Friday, February 4, with Valley, and February 5, for a tournament in Diagonal.

The Team is in its’ final three weeks of competition before pushing to the state Tournament for both High School and Middle school in Bullseye and 3D.
