Funeral services for 101-year old Melva E. Stone of Audubon will be held on Monday, December 6, at 10:30 a.m. at the Kessler Funeral Home in Audubon. Burial is at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Audubon. Family visitation services are today from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Kessler Funeral Home in Audubon.
Melva Stone is survived by her five sons: Verlon (Ruth) of Bloomington, Indiana, Lyle (Cathy) of Parkville, Missouri, Dale (Barbara) of Kirksville, Missouri, Gary (Julie) of Clive, Iowa, and Roger (Janice) of Parker, Colorado. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and her brother, John Dawson of Urbandale, Iowa, and nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
