(Adams Co.) The Adams County Sheriff’s Office reports six arrests and one citation between November 15th and December 3rd.
Matthew Christopher Avila, 25, turned himself in to the Sheriff’s Office on November 15th for a valid Adams County warrant for Operating While Intoxicated 3rd Offense. This stems from an incident on September 18th. Avila posted the required bond and was released.
Jesse Lee Simmons, 50, was arrested November 23rd for Assault Causing Bodily Injury. Simmons was transported to the Adams County Jail where he was held on $1,000 bond.
Austin Wayne Hale, 27, was arrested during a traffic stop on November 24th. Hale was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense, Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Interlock Device, and cited for Failure to Maintain Control. Hale was transported to the Adams County Jail and held on no bond until seen by a magistrate.
Isaiah James Lovell, 19, was arrested November 25th on warrants for Theft 1st Degree, Burglary 3rd Degree and Operation without Owners Consent.
Jadon Justus Loe, 20, was cited and released during a traffic stop on November 27th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
Nathan Eugene Myers, 32, turned himself into the Sheriff’s Office on November 28th on a valid warrant for Theft 5th Degree. Myers posted the $300 bond and was released.
Corry Donald Johnston, 33, was arrested following a traffic stop on December 3rd for Driving While Barred and three valid warrants for Failure to Appear. Johnston was transported to the Adams County Jail where he was held on $2,600 bond.
