(Shelby Co.) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report from November 1st through November 22nd.
Kayla Jean Levell, 33, of Irwin, was arrested November 22nd following a traffic stop on Chatburn Avenue. Levell was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Driving while License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked.
Mark Thomas Holland, 33, of Audubon, was arrested November 21st following a pursuit on Timber Road. Holland was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Eluding, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Speeding, Careless Driving, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance, and Operating a Non-Registered Vehicle.
Phillip Bradley Pool, 45, of Harlan, was arrested November 20th following a traffic stop on Chatburn Avenue. Pool was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Driving while License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled, or Revoked.
Gunnar Michael Blum, 27, of Kimballton, was arrested November 17th following a traffic stop on Highway 44 and Highway 59. Blum was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Driving while License Denied or Revoked, Operate without Interlock, Speeding and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.
Kathryn LeaEtta Larson, 60, of Westphalia, was arrested November 15th following a Search Warrant. Larson was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st offense, Prohibited Acts Penalties, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Lucas Leroy Peters, 22, of Schleswig, was arrested November 13th following a traffic stop on Highway 59. Peters was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Open Container, and Permit under 18 to Consume/Possess on Property.
Nicole Sunny Brook Rains, 33, Council Bluffs, IA was arrested November 12th following a traffic stop on Highway 59. Rains was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Speeding, and Violations of Conditions of Restricted License.
Andres Cruz Alvarez, 24, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested November 12th following a traffic stop on Road M37. Cruz Alvarez was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Prohibited Acts Penalties, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Kera Dlynn Bomer, 39, of Harlan, was arrested November 11th following a traffic stop on Highway 44. Bomer was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with OWI 1st, Failure to Maintain Control, Open Container, and Dark Window or Windshield.
Kayley Jo Cooper, 27, of Harlan, was arrested November 11th following a traffic stop on Highway 191. Cooper was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Driving while Barred, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance, and Speeding.
Colin Joseph Clark, 36, of Harlan, was arrested November 4th after an investigation of a suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of Road M47. Clark was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st offense, and Unlawful Possession of a Prescription.
Christopher Joseph Conto, 46, of Ute, was arrested November 1st following a traffic stop in Kirkman. Conto was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st offense, Prohibited Acts Penalties, Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance, Stopping, Standing, or Parking where Prohibited.
