(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports nine arrests between November 19th and November 29th.
Selena Elizabeth Gomez Argueta, 25, of Denison, was arrested following a traffic stop on November 19. Gomez Argueta was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with driving while barred.
Cory Christopher McCoy, 38, of Harlan, was arrested on November 20 on an active Carroll County warrant.
Joe Jess Betances, 47, of Harlan, was arrested following the execution of a search warrant on November 21. Betances was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hayley Marie Briggs, 19, of Harlan, was arrested following the execution of search warrant on November 21. Briggs was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kathleen Margaret Petersen, 20, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for a disturbance on November 22. Petersen was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with domestic abuse assault.
Curtis Grant Whiteley, 60, of Harlan, was arrested on November 23 on an active Shelby County warrant. Whiteley was transported to the Shelby County Jail
Brian Joseph Schuemann, 35, of Harlan, was arrested on November 24 on an active Shelby County warrant. Schuemann was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Thomas Lee Brooks of Sioux City, Iowa, was arrested following a traffic stop on November 25. Brooks was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while barred and improper use of registration.
Preston Max Russell, 21, of Kirkman, was arrested following a call for service on November 29. Russell was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and prohibited acts.
