Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co.) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office reports Daniel Austin Heinen, 30, of Guthrie Center, was arrested October 12^th on a warrant for Forgery and Fraudulent Practice 3^rd Degree. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.

Christopher Michael Fasce, 40, of West Des Moines, was arrested October 13^th on a warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness. Fasce was released on his own recognizance after his initial appearance.

Justin Lee Whipple, 31, of Des Moines, was arrested October 13^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Whipple was held on no bond.

Justin Paul Parker, 40, of Bridgewater, was arrested October 13^th on a warrant for three counts of Burglary 3^rd Degree. Parker was held on $10,000 cash only bond.

Kirk Monroe Hutchings, 47, of Greenfield, was cited and released on October 10^th for OWI 1^st Offense.

The Iowa State Patrol arrested Carlos Humbert Vanegas Godinez, 56, of Hamden, Connecticut, on October 10^th for OWI 1^st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
