Mills County Sheriff’s Report

(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports ten arrests between September 23^rd and September 28^th.

Dillon Franklin Hastings, 23, of Clarinda, was arrested September 23^rd on a warrant for Harassment 1^st. Bond was set at $2,000.

Seth David Travis, 30, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested September 24^th on a warrant for Theft 5^th. Bond was set at $500.

Ruben Rodriguez-Sigala Jr., 23, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested September 24^th on a warrant for Probation Violation. Bond was set at $1,000.

Joshua Nicholas Jones, 25, of Glenwood, was arrested September 24^th for Driving under Suspension. Bond was set at $300.

Dana Brocke Burkholder, 48, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested September 27^th on a warrant for Contempt – Other Acts or Omission of District Court. Burkholder was held on no bond.

Jake Elliot Campbell, 36, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was arrested September 27^th on a warrant for Ongoing Criminal Conduct, Theft 1^st, Conspiracy to Commit Non-Forcible Felony and Criminal Mischief 2^nd. Bond was set at $45,000.

Jerad Michael Brooke, 25, of Papillion, Nebraska, was arrested September 28^th for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle. Bond was set at $1,600.

James Thomas Hume, 33, of Sidney, was arrested September 28^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $5,000.

Stephen Curtis Courtney, 53, of Council Bluffs, was arrested September 28^th on a warrant for Theft 1^st. Bond was set at $10,000.

Dexter Anthony Davis, 40, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested September 28^th on a warrant out of Pottawattamie County for Theft 4^th.
