(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests and one citation.
Victor Alejandro Quezada Hernandez, 24, of Denison, was arrested following a traffic stop on September 22nd. Quezada Hernandez was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while suspended, improper use of registration and no proof of insurance.
Blaine Michael Barber, 21, of Harlan, was arrested following a stop on September 28th. Barber was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with public intoxication.
Jeremy Steven Mannion, 33, of Logan, was cited on September 15th for driving while suspended and no proof of insurance following a traffic stop.
