(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports five arrests.
David Dean Anderson, age 51, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a traffic stop on September 1st. Anderson was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while barred.
Hobie Joseph Mulstay, age 26, of Des Moines, was arrested following a traffic stop on September 4th. Mulstay was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Lacy Jean Christensen, age 32, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a traffic stop on September 4th. Christensen was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with windshield obstructed vision, driving while suspended and operating while intoxicated.
Jacob Jon Keller, age 21, of Ida Grove, was arrested following a traffic stop on September 6th. Keller was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while suspended and operating while intoxicated.
David Anthony Daugherty, age 51, of Sidney, was arrested following a traffic stop on September 8th. Daugherty was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while barred.
