(Page Co.) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested Thomas Jeffrey Engstrand, 30, of Braddyville, on Tuesday on a Page County warrant for Controlled Substance Violation and Possession of a Controlled Substance – 3rd or Subsequent Offense. Engstrand was arrested at the Pottawattamie County Jail. He was transported to the Page county Jail where he is being held on 10,000 bond pending further court appearances.
