Update: Three transported to the hospital for possible injuries following a two-vehicle accident in Atlantic

(Atlantic) Rescue crews were called to a two-vehicle accident at W. 14^th and SW 7^th Street in Atlantic at around 2:25 this afternoon.

Lt. Hogue said the driver of the Jeep was transported to the hospital by Cass EMS for possible injuries. The driver and passenger of the Expedition were taken by private vehicle to the hospital to be checked out.

The Atlantic Police Department was assisted by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, Atlantic Fire Department, Cass EMS, and the Iowa State Patrol.
