Red Oak woman arrested on a warrant and Possession of Contraband

(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested Melinda Jane Inman, 58, of Red Oak, on Wednesday on a warrant out of Montgomery County for OWI 2nd Offense. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she was additionally charged with Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Facility.
