(Atlantic) On Thursday, the Atlantic Chamber Ambassadors met with Liz Denny, Fair Board Member and head of the Cass County Fair Food Stand.
The Food Stand is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. during the fair and it is run by several volunteers.
Denny is hoping to see many visitors this year.
Denny noted they do have a number of gluten free desserts, so if you have any special requests make sure you ask the food stand staff.
Denny told the Ambassadors they have a new building called the Chuckwagon.
Liz Denny’s favorite thing about the fair is the people.
The Cass County Fair runs through Tuesday, August 3rd.
