(Elk Horn) The Exira/EHK School Board will tackle several items at this evening’s school board meeting.
The board will kick-off the meeting to discuss and take action on the prepayment of the bills, milk and bread bids, fuel bid, Harrison and Shelby Counties joint hazard mitigation plan, and the FY2022 client E-Rate Service agreement e2e exchange.
The board will also discuss and take action on LightBox Systems for technology services, Drivers Education contracts for Paul McKay, Jeremy Blake, Richard Casady, and Casey Pelzer. In addition to that, the board will decide on the transfer of funds from the General Fund to the Activity Fund for the Yearbook Account if negative at the end of June.
The board will also discuss and take action on the Transportation Sharing agreement with Harlan and review the Board Policy number 900 series.
The final item on the agenda is the approval of hires, including; Emma Bireline, High School English Teacher, Heather Sprague, -.5 Title I teacher, and Drew Buckholdt, Assistant Baseball. The board will also consider the resignation of Technology Teacher Dan Spooner.
The meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. in the Conference Room at the Elk Horn campus building.
