Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.

Martin William Wayne Turner, 20, of Avoca, was arrested following a disturbance on Sunday. Turner was charged with Criminal Mischief 5^th.

Gage Alan Eggum, 22, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on May 22^nd for Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug.

Lori Beth Bristol, 42, was arrested following a traffic stop at the intersection of Railroad Highway and Magnolia Road on Friday. Bristol was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Cory Ross Smith, 36, was arrested following a traffic stop at 300^th and Highway 92 in Treynor on Saturday. Smith was charged with Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender.
