(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says Jessica Renea King, 28, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a traffic stop early this morning at Old Lincoln Highway and West Jackson Street in Crescent. King was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense.
Raye Mimms, 57, of Omaha, Nebraska, turned herself in to the jail on Wednesday while possessing drug paraphernalia. Jail staff had seized a pipe that contained a burned leafy substance inside. Mimms was charged with Possession of Contraband on the Grounds of a Correctional Facility.
