Mills County Sheriff’s Report

(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests.

Joshua James Codr, 39, of Council Bluffs, was arrested May 7^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $6,700.

Sarah Jeanette Croson, 22, of Council Bluffs, was arrested May 7^th on a warrant for Kidnapping 3^rd, Assault While Participating in a Felony and Harassment. Bond was set at $17,000.

Michael James Florian, 49, of Glenwood, was arrested May 9^th for Theft 3^rd. Bond was set at $2,000.

Imesha Michelle Davis, 30, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested May 14^th for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Interference with Official Acts and Fugitive from Justice (no bond). Bond the first two charges was set at $1,300.

AJ Sydney Kercheval 35, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested May 14^th for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $1,000.

Jim Dean Avis, 63, of Neola, was arrested May 14^th for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $2,000.
