(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph Dean Wallace, 41, of Bedford, on Thursday for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Driving While Revoked and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $4,300.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Aundrea Theresa Clay, 28, of Red Oak, on Thursday on a warrant out of Page County for Failure to Appear on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $1,000.
