Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests.

Matthew Ryan West, 39, was arrested following a pursuit on April 18^th. A Deputy attempted to perform a traffic stop on a Subaru Legacy Outback at Highway 92 and Valley View Road. West was taken into custody and charged with Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device, Operating While Intoxicated 2^nd Offense, Reckless Driving, and Speeding.

Cody William Thomas, 33, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on April 18^th after Deputies were called to the 20400 block of McPherson Avenue for a disturbance. Thomas was charged with two counts of Harassment 1^st Degree and Fugitive from Justice.

Emily Anne Pajerski, 31, was arrested on April 21^st after Deputies were dispatched to a home on Jaguar Loop where a female subject was found in a home. Pajerski was arrested following a traffic stop and charged with Burglary 2^nd Degree.

Kevin Paul Richwalski, 33, of Thornton, Illinois, was arrested following a traffic stop on April 22^nd. Richwalski was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense, Reckless Driving, Failure to Maintain or Use Safety Belts, Speeding and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug.

Carrie Marquecia Lana Williams, 23, was arrested following a traffic stop at 24^th Street and Nash Boulevard on April 23^rd. Williams was charged with Failure to Appear, Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Canceled or Revoked.

Juan Vasquez, 38, was arrested following a traffic stop at 16^th Street, just south of Nash Boulevard, on April 23^rd for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Cherokee Nicole Tuttle, 40, was arrested April 18^th following a traffic stop at Kanesville Blvd and Oakland Avenue. Tuttle was arrested on a charge of Theft 5^th.

A 14-year-old female was charged with Trespass with Intent as Hate Crime and Theft 5^th after Deputies were called to the 200 block of East Welch Street on April 25^th for a trespass call.

Christina Marie Lecompte, 48, turned herself in on April 16^th on a warrant for Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations and Disarm/Attempt to Disarm Officer.
