(Glenwood) The Glenwood Police Department reports two arrests.

Richard Finn, 44, of Pacific Junction, was arrested Wednesday for OWI 1^st Offense and Possession of Marijuana. Finn was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.

Carlos Estrada Joya, 21, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Thursday for OWI 1^st Offense. Joya was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
