(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department arrested Ashley Elizabeth McWilliams, 30, of Harlan, on Tuesday following a call for service. McWilliams was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with assault with injury.
Harlan Police also cited Jeannie Kay Kleymann, 36, of Portsmouth, on Tuesday for simple assault following a call for service.
