(Adair Co.) An Orient man was issued a summons to appear on the charge of Possession of Marijuana 2nd Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says the charges against Dakota Shane Gaulden, 30, stem from a search warrant conducted at 105 School Street, Apartment 2 in Orient on March 29th.
In other activity, the Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew Eric Browning, 54, of Council Bluffs, following a traffic stop on April 2nd. Browning was charged with Driving Under Suspension and Violation of a No Contact Order. He was held on no bond until his initial appearance where he pled guilty and was sentenced.
The Iowa State Patrol arrested Dharmendra Champakbhai Patel, 53, of Perry, following a single vehicle accident at the 88 mile marker westbound of I-80 on April 1st. Patel was charged with OWI 1st Offense. He was held in the Adair County Jail on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
