(Adair Co.) A Carlisle man was arrested in Adair County on a warrant out of the state of Wisconsin. The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says 24-year-old Cody Allen Wilson was arrested February 23rd and was held without bond. He voluntarily waived extradition on February 26th before a District Court Judge in Union County and agreed to go back to Wisconsin when they make arrangements to get down here. The warrant for Wilson was for the charges of Disorderly Conduct; Resisting or Obstructing an Officer; Battery or Threat to Judge, Prosecutor or Law Enforcement Officer; and Throw/Discharge Bodily Fluid at Public Safety Worker or Prosecutor.
