(Glenwood) Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident in Mills County on Friday.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says at approximately 1:17 p.m. Howard Erickson, 38, of Omaha, Nebraska, was driving a 2018 Dodge Ram eastbound on Highway 34 and due to snowy road conditions Erickson lost control and struck a guardrail. Jason Roark, 46, of Shenandoah, was driving a 2004 Toyota westbound at the same time and was unable to avoid Erickson’s vehicle. Both units hit head-on.
Erickson and Roark were both transported to Jennie Edmundson Hospital with complaint of injuries.
