Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) Three people turned themselves in on warrants in Pottawattamie County.

The Sheriff’s Office says Jan Palubjak, 30, turned himself in January 5^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation.

Daniel Edward Fitch, 25, turned himself in January 6^th on a warrant for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Jeremiah Cortez Simmons, 19, of Council Bluffs, turned himself in January 7^th on a warrant for Violation of Parole.

In other activity, Madison Marie Hansen, 20, was taken into custody on January 9^th on a Violation of Probation warrant.

Cameron Jay Childs, 28, was arrested following a traffic stop on January 10^th and charged with Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, Operate/Allow Operation of Non Registered Vehicle, Operating While Intoxicated 2^nd Offense and Speeding.

Jeffery Allen Stokes, 38, was arrested on January 10^th for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Lee Jung Hoon Hansen, 59, was arrested following a traffic stop in Avoca on January 6^th for Driving While Barred- Habitual Offender.

Raina Irene Meehan, 37, was arrested following a traffic stop in Council Bluffs on January 7^th for Driving While Barred – Habitual Offender.
