Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests.

James Dwight Mills, 33, of Harlan, was arrested on December 30^th while Deputies were executing a search warrant at 112 E Crocker in Avoca. Mills had a valid warrant for Parole Violation.

Anthony Lee Kies, 44, was arrested at the Flying J truck stop in Avoca on December 30th for Public Intoxication.

Roy Martin Richards III, 28, of Modale, turned himself in on December 31^st on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Operating a Motor Vehicle without Owner’s Consent.

James Zimmerman, 70, was arrested December 31^st in Treynor for Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Maeson McDonough, 21, was arrested December 31^st on a charge of Theft 4^th.

Darby Leroy Durham, 59, was arrested January 2^nd for Contempt – Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order.

Sean Jaime, 40, was arrested January 3^rd for Domestic Abuse Assault 1^st Offense Causing Bodily Injury.

Aubrey Odell McDaniels, 58, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested at the Motel 6 in Avoca for Disorderly Conduct – Loud Noise and Public Intoxication.

Kelsey Dawn Woods, 24, was arrested December 31^st after Deputies were called to an apartment on Valley View Road for a possible Assault. Woods was charged with Child Endangerment and Domestic Abuse Assault 1^st Offense Causing Bodily Injury.
