(Atlantic) Two people were arrested on warrants in Cass County.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jessica Lynn Pedrin, 32, of Council Bluffs, on December 4th on a District Court warrant for Probation Violation. Pedrin was taken to the Cass County Jail and released on her own recognizance later that day.
Alex Lee Pleis, 27, of Massena, was arrested December 12th on three Federal warrants for Probation Violation. Pleis was taken to the Cass County Jail and later released to the U.S. Marshals.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Binte Binios, 49, of Atlantic, on December 13th of a charge of OWI 3rd Offense. Binios was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on his own recognizance.
