Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests.

Brian Edward Colvin, 55, was arrested in Oakland on November 25^th for Assault – Use/Display of a Weapon, Carrying Weapons and Harassment 1^st Degree – Threaten Forcible Felony.

Nathan Duane Blue, 38, was arrested November 27^th for Domestic Abuse Assault 1^st Offense Causing Bodily Injury.

Michael Anthony Weltch, 55, was arrested on November 28^th on a warrant for Theft 1^st.

Sarah Gough, 23, was arrested following a traffic stop on November 25^th at East South Omaha Bridge Road and Wabash. Gough was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense and Child Endangerment.

Todd Alan Salmons, 47, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 41000 block of Tamarack on November 27^th. Salmons was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 2^nd Offense.

Jessica Allouise Simmons, 26, turned herself in on November 24^th on a warrant for Violation of Probation.

A 15-year-old female was referred to juvenile court services for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Offense after Deputies were called to the administrative offices at AHSTW High School on November 24^th. The call for service involved the welfare of a juvenile female and also possible narcotics investigation.
